*Rates may vary depending on insurance plan. 
*Please verify your co-payment amount. Co-pays are due at the beginning of session.
*$50 deposit required for all first time appointment. Deposit will be applied toward session fee and/or copay. No refunds for no shows or short notice cancellations.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.  I am currently accepting, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Ga, Aetna, Mental Health Network (MHN), Amerigroup, and TriCare insurance plans. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following question prior to scheduling an appointment:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available on an individual basis. Purchasing sessions in bulk will reduce rate by 10%.

Cancellation Policy
Please give 48 hours notice of cancellations to avoid $80 cancellation fee. This allows me time to give your appointment time to someone else to avoid disruption in business.

Evening hours are available at this location. Last appointment at 7 PM. Saturday appointments are available on the 1st and 3rd weekends each month from 9 am to 1 pm. Evening and Saturday appointment fill quickly. Request a therapy appointment online
