Hello and welcome to what can be the start of a whole new way of thinking and behaving. Every action we take starts with our mind and making up our mind to change takes a lot of effort and requires learning better habits. Emotional wellness coaching helps you learn to recognize self defeating thoughts and behaviors that limit your potential and impair your mood. As your Mindfulness coach, I will help you develop a plan of action to bring about change. Change is improvement and with improvement you will feel better and experience more personal satisfaction. A monthly subscription for mindfulness coaching gives you the opportunity to get the professional emotional training and support on your terms. You can schedule from 1 to 3 sessions per month based on the subscription of your choice for a low monthly cost. Attending your coaching sessions are easier than trying to get to the gym. You can meet via skype, chat, telephone or even in the office. It is your choice. Keeping appointments is easy. You can arrange to meet with coach via phone, chat, skype, or in the office if you are local. This is a better investment of your money than a gym membership, which requires you to make up your mind to go, right? Here is how it work. Your subscription will be billed monthly and only requires 7 days notice prior to your billing cycle date to cancel. Subscriptions canceled after 7 days will apply toward the next billing cycle. That’s it. No insurance, no diagnosis, just good old fashioned emotional coaching from a trained professional to help you gain insight, motivation, and develop an action change plan for your life.
